On November 12, 2021, the Madhya Pradesh High Court released the notification for filling the posts of Stenographer Grade 2, Stenographer Grade 3, Stenographer Grade 3 (Court Manager Staff), Assistant Grade 3, Assistant Grade 3 (English Knowing).
The notification has been released for a total of 1255 vacancies.

MP High Court Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
This exam will be conducted in two phases-
- Online Preliminary Exam
- Online Mains Exam
Details of the Online Preliminary Exam
- This will be a screening exam, marks will not be added for the final selection.
- Minimum qualifying marks-
- For Unreserved & OBC- 45 percent
- For SC/ST- 40 percent

- Candidates qualifying the online preliminary exam will be allowed to give the Mains exam.
- Hindi typing will be done in Remington Gail only.
- Minimum qualifying marks for all categories- 50 percent

Note-
- Marks will be deducted for writing in LongHand during direct dictation.
- For Stenographer Grade 2, Stenographer Grade 3, Stenographer Grade 3 (Court Manager Staff), Assistant Grade 3(English Knowing) there will be a 0.50 deduction in marks for mistakes (wrong words/spelling mistakes/punctuation mistakes). If more than 120 mistakes are found, the answer booklet will be rejected and zero (00) marks will be given.
- For Assistant Grade 3 there will be a 0.50 deduction in marks for mistakes (wrong words/spelling mistakes/punctuation mistakes). During Hindi typing if there are more than 36 mistakes and during direct dictation if there are more than 84 mistakes, the answer booklet will be rejected and zero (00) marks will be given.

Mp High Court Recruitment 2021: Posting/District Allotment
- The District allotment of the candidates will be done through counselling based on their categories and merit and keeping in mind the category wise vacant posts in the district.
- The appointing officer of the abovementioned vacancies will be the District Judge of the concerned district.
Important Points to Note
- It is mandatory for the candidates to have a live registration in the Madhya Pradesh Employment Office.
- Candidates can only apply for one group. Multiple applications for different groups will stand rejected.
- Candidates from other states will have to apply under the General category.
- The admit card will be made available on the MP High Court website.
