Tips And Tricks For IBPS RRB Scale 2 & Scale 3 Exam:

Previous year questions

Although RRB doesn’t repeat its questions but by solving previous year questions you will get an idea about the type of questions that are asked in the examination. It also gives you a clear picture of the difficulty level of the exam. Try to solve at least 5 previous year question papers thoroughly to gain confidence about the exam.

Focus on what you have already done

‘I don’t fear a man who practice thousand moves, but a man who practice one move thousand times’ – Bruce Lee.

As we can see that very few days are left for the exam, just stop where you are, don’t stress about the topics you haven’t covered yet. Instead of learning new things this time, focus on the topics you have already covered. Be confident about what you have studied and keep revising the same again to again to get a profound grip on that part.

Evaluate your preparation level

One of the key reasons students clear the exams because they evaluate their performance on day to day basis. It gives them enough motivation to keep going and let them know the weakest and strongest points.

How you can evaluate your level of preparation?

Online mock test is the best way with which you can evaluate your performance because it provides you the clear idea about the areas you have to work hard on and the areas where you are good at therefore, don’t need any more practice.

It also gives you a real time environment so that you can experience a feeling of real exam. There are many websites/companies which provides mock test but most of them are paid.

Make short notes

Make short notes on the topics you have covered to revise it in last days of exam just to avoid any last-minute hassle. It will not only save your time but also separate important topics from unimportant one.

Take rest

Now this is one of the important things that needs to addressed. Students usually avoid this aspect to study more. Never cut out your sleeping time because with lack of sleep, efficiency of our mind will also deteriorate and not be able to study properly. Not only sleeping time is necessary but also the quality of sleep that matters to maintain a healthy mind and body.

Stay positive

Sometimes we look at our friends or other candidates’ preparation and start feeling demotivated, with that comes self-doubt and negativity. this is very normal to happen. It is you who needs to understand whether to take that positively or negatively, if you’ll take it negatively it will ruin your preparation and you’ll never be able to clear the exam.

The very first thing you should do even before starting the preparation is to Believe in yourself, this is one of the most important things to clear the exam. Just believe in your preparation and keep revising it that’s all. It is very important to keep that in mind that stressing will not lead you anywhere so just keep preparing and don’t let negativity get in your head

Aware about Previous Year Cut-off

One should be aware oneself with previous year cut-offs to get and idea about the difficulty level and set a goal according to that. Although one should not only rely entirely on this because cuff offs keep on fluctuating according to the number of candidates and difficulty level of the exam. Just for reference purpose one should keep a check on the previous year cut-offs.

Work on your weaker areas

We are sure that till now you have already aware about the weaker areas you have in every section, just keep on revising and working towards those areas till the exam and don’t abandon your strong areas. even make them stronger to decrease the solving time. Make a separate time table about that and work on these accordingly.

You can refer to the below-mentioned expert strategy that will help you in getting an edge over your competitors.
