Odisha State Cooperative Bank Ltd. Recruitment 2021: Salary
- The post of Banking Assistant Grade-2 carries the pay scale of Rs. 5200/- to 20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/- along with Dearness Allowance and other allowances.
Odisha State Cooperative Bank Ltd. Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be residing in the state of Odisha irrespective of the geographical area/operational area of the DCCBs.
- Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline having proficiency in computer application.
Odisha State Cooperative Bank Ltd. Recruitment 2021: Age Criteria
- Candidates must not be below the age of 21 years and should not be more than 32 years as on January 01, 2020.
- The person should have been born on or after January 01, 1999 and not earlier than January 01, 1988
Age Relaxation
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC/Women.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for candidates belonging to PwD category and Ex-Servicemen as provided under the Odisha Ex-Servicemen (Recruitment to State Civil Service and Posts) Rules, 1985.
- Candidates falling under more than one category mentioned above will be eligible for only one benefit of relaxation i.e. most beneficial to him/her.
- Ex-Servicemen retiring within 6 months from the closing date of online application may apply for the above mentioned post by obtaining an NOC from the appropriate authority. The NOC must mention details regarding the date of appointment, retirement and years of service. Moreover, the candidates will have to submit the discharge certificate during certificate verification.

- Visit the IBPS website to apply online from December 29, 2021 to January 17, 2022. You can also visit the Odisha State Cooperative Bank website and follow the Registrar of Cooperative Societies Odisha link.
- Candidates have to upload a recent passport size photograph, signature (with black ink), left thumb impression (on a white paper with black/blue ink) and a handwritten declaration (on a white paper with black ink).
- Signature must not be in capital letters.
- Separate links will be provided for uploading photo, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
- Candidates are required to preview the application form, uploaded photo, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration to check the quality of the images. If it’s unclear/smudged, it can be re-uploaded.
- Make the payment to submit your application form successfully.
- Candidates must have a personal email ID and phone number, which must be kept active till the Recruitment process is completed.
Note-
- Online Application will not be registered if the photo, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration is not uploaded.
- Candidates are advised to take a print out of the Application form after final submission.

Odisha State Cooperative Bank Ltd. Recruitment 2021: Probation
- Candidates appointed as Banking Assistant Grade-2 will be on probation for a period of 24 months.
- On successful completion of probation period, he/she will be confirmed in service conditional upon passing of prescribed half-yearly tests conducted by ACSTI of OSCB.
- Candidates failing the tests conducted during the probation period/otherwise found unsuitable to discharge their assigned duties, will be given another six months to improve his/her performance.
- On completion of six months, his/her performance will be evaluated and the employee will either be confirmed/discharged on merit.
Important Points to Note
- The applicants who had applied earlier concerning the advertisement issued on March 13, 2020 of R.C.S, Odisha, will have to apply afresh as per the current advertisement. No examination fee will be charged while applying afresh.
- Candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria before applying.
- Only one application can be submitted.
- Application fee is non-refundable.
- Call letters will be made available on the OSCB website.
