OSCB Assistant Manager Grade-2 Recruitment 2021: Salary
- The post of an OSCB Assistant Manager Grade-2 carries a pay scale of Rs. 9300/- to 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- together with Dearness Allowance and other allowances.
OSCB Assistant Manager Grade-2 Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be residing in the state of Odisha irrespective of the geographical area/operational area of the DCCBs.
- Must be a graduate in any discipline having proficiency in computer application.
OSCB Assistant Manager Grade-2 Recruitment 2021: Age Criteria
- Candidates must not be below the age of 21 years and should not be more than 32 years as on January 01, 2020.
- The person should have been born on or after January 01, 1999 and not earlier than January 02, 1988
Age Relaxation
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC/Women. SEBC stands for Socially and Economically Backward Classes and also includes OBC in it.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for candidates belonging to PwD category and Ex-Servicemen as provided under the Odisha Ex-Servicemen (Recruitment to State Civil Service and Posts) Rules, 1985.
- Candidates falling under more than one category mentioned above will be eligible for only one benefit of relaxation i.e. most beneficial to him/her.
- Ex-Servicemen retiring within 6 months from the closing date of online application may apply for the above mentioned post by obtaining an NOC from the appropriate authority. The NOC must mention details regarding the date of appointment, retirement and years of service. The candidates will have to submit the discharge certificate during certificate verification.

OSCB Assistant Manager Grade-2 Recruitment 2021: How to Apply
The application process consists of three steps-
- Application Registration
- Payment of fees
- Document Scanning & Uploading
Application Registration
- Visit the IBPS website to apply online. You can also visit the OSCB website and follow the Registrar of Cooperative Societies link.
- Click on “APPLY ONLINE”. This will open a screen.
- To register your application, choose “Click here for New Registration” and enter the necessary details like Name, Contact details and email id. This will generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password which candidates must note down. It will also be sent via SMS and email.
- Fill the application form slowly and carefully to ensure that you do not miss out any important information.
- Proceed to upload your photo,signature and other details.
- Preview your application form and verify the whole application before completing your registration.
- Click on “Complete Registration” after verifying/modifying the details in the form.
- Click on “Payment Tab” and proceed for payment.
- Click on the “Submit” button.

Document Scanning & Uploading
- Photograph- It must be a recent passport size photo against a light coloured background (preferably white).
- Signature- The signature must be on a white paper with black ink pen. It must not be in capital letters.
- Left Thumb Impression- The left thumb impression must be on a white paper with black/blue ink.
- Handwritten Declaration- It must not be written in capital letters.
OSCB Assistant Manager Grade-2 Recruitment 2021: Probation
- Candidates appointed as Assistant Manager Grade-2 will be on probation for a period of 24 months.
- On successful completion of probation period, he/she will be confirmed in service conditional upon passing of prescribed half-yearly tests conducted by ACSTI of OSCB.
- Candidates failing the tests conducted during the probation period/otherwise found unsuitable to discharge their assigned duties, will be given another six months to improve his/her performance.
- On completion of six months, his/her performance will be evaluated and the employee will either be confirmed/discharged on merit.
Important Points to Note
- The applicants who had applied earlier concerning the advertisement issued on March 13, 2020 of R.C.S, Odisha, will have to apply afresh as per the current advertisement. No examination fee will be charged while applying afresh.
- Applications will be submitted online.
- Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria before applying.
- Candidates are advised to fill the application form way before the closing date i.e. January 17, 2022.
- Only one application can be submitted.
- Application fee is non-refundable.
