I used to follow Susheel Ragade sir's videos during my preparation time before I joined ixamBee. Thanks to him, I was able to join ixamBee as a faculty. I joined ixamBee as an ESI faculty because I was looking for some financial stability and also for a change in mindset. While teaching ESI, I was required to consolidate all the study material, which really helped me in the descriptive part of NABARD Mains. For the descriptive section I had just prepared model answers as I had work commitments as well. To the future aspirants, I would say that please do not wait for the notification to come out. This is the right time to start your NABARD preparations as the syllabus is quite vast and there are a lot of things to learn and cover. I would advise the aspirants to focus solely on the NABARD syllabus. Finally, always look for the positive in every failure.

For NABARD Mains, I attempted ixamBee's NABARD free mock tests which helped me in the Descriptive exam. Through the faculty's feedback, I got a better idea about how to write the descriptive answers, as in NABARD the word limit is more as compared to UPSC. I had also enrolled in ixamBee's NABARD Interview Preparation Course because I had no idea how the NABARD interview would be conducted. So, I reached out to Neha ma'am and she connected me with the faculty at ixamBee. I took a mock interview session and the feedback was eye-opening. I worked only on the suggestions till the actual Interview. I would especially like to thank Prachi ma'am, as she motivated me to do better after I received a critical feedback in the mock interview.

For the NABARD Interview, I enrolled in ixamBee's NABARD Interview Course, where I got some valuable feedback. They told me that I should have in-depth about NABARD as an organisation. So, this proved very beneficial in the actual Interview as most of my Interview was based around this area. Thank you ixamBee.
