AIC Educational Qualification
The basic AIC MT educational qualification required for the AIC Management Trainee is a Bachelor’s degree in any field. The degrees need to be obtained from a recognized university and should have attained at least 60% marks.

Note: Irrespective of whichever category under which Management Trainee one is applying, he/she should possess efficiency in Computers.
AIC Age Criteria
To be eligible for an exam, you should follow the prescribed age limit as mentioned by the Agriculture Insurance Company of India in its recruitment notification 2024. The minimum age to apply for the AIC MT post is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years. This means that a candidate must have been born not earlier than January 1, 1993, and not later than December 31, 2001, wherein both dates are inclusive. The cut-off date is January 1, 2023. Age Relaxation
The Agriculture Insurance Company of India will be providing certain relaxation in the upper age limit of the reserved category candidates. The OBC category candidates will be eligible for relaxation only if they belong to the ‘non-creamy layer’. Check out the details below:
