How to Apply 

The application window for the Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited exam 2024 is opened on January 17, 2023. You need to apply online for AIC recruitment 2024 as no other mode is available. The last date to apply for the AIC exam 2024 is February 05, 2023. Make sure to go through the detailed AIC eligibility criteria of the exam in order to avoid any disqualification. Have a valid email-id, a working mobile number handy with you. The step-by-step process to fill the AIC application form is mentioned below.

  • Visit the official website of ACI i.e. www.aicofindia.com and go to the Careers section.
  • After that click on “Apply Online” which will open a new screen.
  • Click on New Registration and Register yourself by filling in the details like name, DOB, email-id and contact details.
  • A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system.
  • Login again using this registration number and password and fill in all other details.
  • Upload documents like the signature, thumb impression, photograph and hand declaration according to the dimensions.
  • A recent passport-size colour photograph ranging between 20KB-50KB and of dimension 200 x 230 pixels.
  • Signature in jpg/jpeg format with dimension 140 x 60 pixels and size 10KB-20KB. It should be with black ink on white paper.
  • Left thumb impression on white paper with blue or black ink of 240 x 240 pixels and ranging between 20KB-50KB. The file should be in jpg/jpeg format.
  • Handwritten declaration stating - “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” in jpg/jpeg format with dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels and sizes between 50KB-100 KB. It should be on white paper with blue or black ink.
  • Signatures and handwritten declarations should not be in capital letters.
  • Pay the required application fee depending on the category. No other mode is accepted

Note: If any of the documents are not uploaded properly at the respective place, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

Application Fee

After submitting the AIC application form, you will be redirected to pay the application fee. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards, and Mobile Wallets. Please note that SC /ST / PwBD are exempted from payment of the application fee. They need to pay only Intimation charges. All other candidates have to pay 1000 rupees. Admit Card 

The Agriculture Insurance Company of India admit card will be released ten days prior to the exam (as per the AIC 2023 official notification). You can download your call letter through i.e. Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth. Please note that no hard copy of the admit card will be sent by post/ courier. 

Things to carry at the examination venue:

  • Mask (WEARING A N95 MASK is COMPULSORY)
  • Gloves
  • Personal transparent water bottle
  • Personal hand sanitizer. 
  • A simple pen
  • Exam-related documents (Call Letter/Admit Card, ID card in Original, Photocopy of ID Card, etc.) 

Things to keep in mind before going to the examination venue

  • The candidate must report much before the reporting time to avoid crowding. 
  • If a candidate is availing the scribe, then the scribe also should bring their own Gloves, N95 Mask, sanitizer (50ml) and water bottle. Wearing a mask is compulsory. Both candidate and Scribe will require to be wearing N95 Mask.
  • A Candidate must have Aarogya Setu App installed on his mobile phone. In case a candidate does not have a smartphone, he/she will have to bring in a signed declaration to this effect (self-declaration form provided with the Call letter)

Number of Attempts 

There is no restriction on the maximum number of attempts as per the official notification. You can apply for the exam as long as you are eligible age-wise i.e. 21-30 years. 

Pre-Exam Training (To be held online) 

Those candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC, Non-creamy, and PwBD who wish to avail the benefit of pre-examination online training may indicate the same while applying online. Those who have opted for training will also be informed through registered email/mobile. Please note that merely attending the pre-examination training must not misinterpret as offered employment in the Company.
