Highlights 2025
The Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited (AIC), a Crop Insurance Company released the notification for recruitment of eligible candidates to the post of Management Trainees. The AIC MT 2025 recruitment has been released for filling up a total of 55 vacancies. You can apply for the AIC Management Trainee exam 2025 between January 30, 2025 and February 20, 2025. How to Apply Online
You can apply for the AIC MT Legal exam 2025 through the online mode till February 20, 2025 till 8 pm. The step-by-step application procedure for the AIC MT exam is given below.
- Visit the official website of ACI i.e. www.aicofindia.com and go to the Careers section.
- Click on “Apply Online”, which will open a new screen.
- Click on New Registration and Register yourself by filling in the details like name, DOB, email-id and contact details.
- A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system.
- Login again using this registration number and password and fill in all other details.
- Upload documents like the signature, thumb impression, photograph and hand declaration according to the dimensions.
- A recent passport-size colour photograph ranging between 20KB-50KB and of dimension 200 x 230 pixels.
- Signature in jpg/jpeg format with dimension 140 x 60 pixels and size 10KB-20KB. It should be with black ink on white paper.
- Left thumb impression on white paper with blue or black ink of 240 x 240 pixels and ranging between 20KB-50KB. The file should be in jpg/jpeg format.
- Handwritten declaration stating - “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” in jpg/jpeg format with dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels and sizes between 50KB-100 KB. It should be on white paper with blue or black ink.
- Preview your application form before clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.
- Proceed to pay the application fee through the online mode.
Exam Pattern 2025
Before you nose-dive into your exam preparation, it is essential that you acquaint yourself with the AIC Management Trainee exam pattern for the Legal stream. The AIC Management Trainee exam 2025 follows a twofold selection process, which is as follows-
- Phase 1- Online Examination (Objective & Descriptive)
- Phase 2- Interview
Online Examination Pattern
The AIC MT Online Examination will be an objective as well as descriptive exam, carrying a total of 150 marks. The minimum qualifying marks for the General/OBC/EWS candidates is 60%, whereas it is 55% for SC/ST candidates. Furthermore, there will be a negative marking of 1/4th marks for incorrect answers. Interview
Upon qualifying the AIC Management Trainee Online Examination, the selected candidates will be called for the final stage of the recruitment process, i.e the AIC MT Interview. The AIC MT Interview for the Legal stream will carry a total of 50 marks. Furthermore, the number of candidates to be called for the interview will be about three times the vacancies announced.
The final selection will be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the Online Examination and Interview.

Salary 2025
Being a government company, the AIC offers handsome salaries to the selected candidates. Upon selection, the Management Trainees will have to undergo a training period of 1 year. On successful completion of the training period, the candidates will be eligible for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale 1). However, this will be subject to satisfactory performance. During the training period, the selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month.

After the Management Trainees are absorbed as a Scale 1 Officer, they will be treated at par with a Direct Recruit Officer Scale 1, and will be on probation for a period of 1 year from the date of absorption. Furthermore, this probationary period may be extended by a further period of 6 months.
The Management Trainees selected for absorption in Scale 1 are also required to give an Undertaking-cum-Gurantee Bond to serve AIC for a minimum period of 3 years, which also includes the probation period. If any candidate resigns before the completion of this period, he/she will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to the consolidated pay received during the training period to AIC. This will be proportionally reduced on the basis of the length of service rendered.
Eligibility Criteria 2025
Before you fill out the AIC MT application form, it is absolutely necessary to ensure that you meet the AIC Management Trainee eligibility criteria 2025 for the Legal stream. If you fail to meet the AIC MT eligibility criteria 2025, your candidature will get cancelled. Therefore, you must go through the AIC Management Trainee 2025 notification carefully.

Age Criteria

Age Relaxation
Just like every other government organization, AIC will also provide age relaxation in the upper age limit to the candidates belonging to the reserved categories. Take a look at the table below for more information.
