AIC MT Recruitment 2024 Notification
The AIC has released a fresh AIC MT Rural Management recrutiment 2024 on June 24, 2023 for the recruitment of Management Trainees in the Rural Management discipline. The interested candidates may apply online between June 24 to July 09, 2023. The previous AIC MT Rural Management Trainee recruitment was cancelled because none of the candidates were able to clear the Written Examination as per the criteria specified in the advertisement. AIC has published a total number of 30 vacancies for the position of Management Trainee in the discipline of Rural Management. AIC MT Recruitment Educational Qualifications
To be eligible for the AIC MT Rural Management exam 2024, it is essential that you meet the eduational qualifications as specified by the AIC in the official notification. How to Apply for AIC Recruitment 2024?
Applicants for the Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited exam 2024 may apply beginning June 24, 2024. There is only one viable method of application for the AIC MT recruitment 2024, which is online. The AIC exam 2024 application deadline is July 09, 2024. To prevent being disqualified, be sure to carefully review the exam's AIC eligibility requirements. Have a working mobile number and a valid email address on hand. Below is a description of how to fill out the AIC application form step by step.
- Visit the official website of ACI i.e. www.aicofindia.com and go to the Careers section.
- After that click on “Apply Online” which will open a new screen.
- Click on New Registration and Register yourself by filling in the details like name, DOB, email-id and contact details.
- A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system.
- Login again using this registration number and password and fill in all other details.
- Upload documents like the signature, thumb impression, photograph and hand declaration according to the dimensions.
- A recent passport-size colour photograph ranging between 20KB-50KB and of dimension 200 x 230 pixels.
- Signature in jpg/jpeg format with dimension 140 x 60 pixels and size 10KB-20KB. It should be with black ink on white paper.
- Left thumb impression on white paper with blue or black ink of 240 x 240 pixels and ranging between 20KB-50KB. The file should be in jpg/jpeg format.
- Handwritten declaration stating - “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” in jpg/jpeg format with dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels and sizes between 50KB-100 KB. It should be on white paper with blue or black ink.
- Signatures and handwritten declarations should not be in capital letters.
- Pay the required application fee depending on the category. No other mode is accepted.
- Proceed to submit your application form, and take a printout of the same for future reference.

- If any of the documents are not uploaded properly at the respective place, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
- Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate.

AIC MT Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern
The AIC Rural Management Trainee selection process will be carried out over two stages:
- Online Exam
- Interview
AIC Rural MT Online Exam
The AIC MT online written exam is expected to be held in July/August 2024. The exact date is yet to be announced. The AIC MT Rural Management exam 2024 will also carry a negative marking of 1/4th marks. Please check the AIC MT written exam pattern in the table below.

AIC MT Personal Interview
You will be ranked in the order of merit and will be called for an interview if you qualify for the minimum percentage required in the online examination. Subject to the availability of viable candidates, there will be roughly three to five times as many candidates called for the interview as positions that need to be filled. The personal interview will carry 50 marks overall. The minimal score required to be eligible for an interview may be set by the Company at its discretion. Please be aware that requests to change the date or venue of the interview will not be granted.
Candidates who are invited for the AIC MT Interview will be eligible for reimbursement of AC III Tier round trip railway fare or bus fare, based on the shortest route from their place of residence. In order to claim the reimbursement, candidates must provide evidence of their travel such as rail/bus ticket/receipts, etc.
AIC MT Rural Management Final Selection
Final selection will be done on the basis of the marks obtained in the Online Examination and Interview. Furthermore, the final merit list will be prepared in descending order of the consolidated marks obtained by the candidates. Candidates who are within the number of available vacancie on the merit list will be considered for appointment. In case two or more candidates score the same marks, the merit order will be determined based on the marks obtained in Professional Kowledge section. The candidate with higher marks in the Professional Knowledge section will be placed higher in the order of the merit. If the marks in the Professional Knowledge section are also the same, the merit order will be based on age, with the senior candidate being placed higher.
A waiting list of candidates may also be created to fill any vacancies that arise due to non-acceptance of employment offer by the selected candidates or if a filled vacancy becomes vacant for any reason. The waiting list will remain valid for one year from the date of final publication of the selected candiddates and may be utilized for any other future requirements as well. However, the decision to offer appointments to candidates from the waiting list is solely the discretion of the Company.
Pre-Exam Training (Online)
Those candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC, Non-creamy, and PwBD who wish to avail the benefit of pre-examination online training may indicate the same while applying online. Those who have opted for training will also be informed through registered email/mobile. Please note that merely attending the pre-examination training must not be misinterpreted as offered employment in the Company.

AIC MT Salary 2024
For a year of training, the selected candidates will receive a gross monthly salary of ₹60,000/-.

AIC MT Training & Probation Period
The training period will extend over 1 year. After completing the training period, the trainee will be qualified for the position of Administrative Officer (Scale I), subject to good job performance and/or any additional requirements that the Company may establish. If the work performance is deemed to be unsatisfactory during the training period, the selected candidate's services may be terminated immediately and without previous notice.
After completing the training period, the Management Trainee will be absorbed as a Scale I Officer and will be on probation for a year from the date of absorption. This officer will be treated equally to a Direct Recruit Officer in Scale I. The probationary period may be extended by 6 months if required.
AIC MT Guarantee Bond
Prior to joining as a Probationary Officer, Management Trainees who are chosen for Scale I absorption must sign an undertaking/guarantee bond committing them to work for the company for a minimum of 2 years, including the probation period. If they leave the company or force the company to terminate the employment before the bond period expires, they will be responsible for paying liquidated damages of Rs. 4,00,000/- if they resign or are terminated within one year of absorbption in Scale 1, and Rs. 2,00,000/- if the resignation/termination takes place after 1 year of absorption in Scale 1.
To determine the amount of liquidated damages in the event of resignation, if applicable, will be considered as the period served. In order to facilitate this, he/she will need to provide a stamped Bond duly executed by two sureties (not related by blood) with sound financial standing, in a format as prescribed by the Company.
AIC MT Service Conditions
The terms of service will follow the current rules of the Company. The selected candidates may be posted to different locations in India based on the Company's needs. It is important to note that field work in rural areas is a necessary part of the job, and selected candidates will be required to travel to these remote areas during training, probation or afterwards as and when required by the Company.
