The BOM Rajbhasha Officer selection process 2023 will be carried out over 2 steps. They are:
- Online written exam
- Interview
The online written test will be conducted at two venues only: They are Bengaluru and New Delhi.

BOM SO Interview
The candidates who pass the online exam will receive an invitation to Phase 2, or the interview. Depending on the rating, 1:4 of the selected candidates will be called for an interview. Additionally, the interview will carry 100 marks. The candidates will be chosen for the final selection based on minimal cut-off scores that will also be used for the interview stage. The final decision will be based on the results of the online test and the interview. Following this, a final merit list will be compiled for the applicants who made the cut. The weighting ratio for the Bank of Maharashtra SO online exam and Interview is 60:40. The Bank of Maharashtra SO selection phase 2023 minimum cut-off marks are 50% for UR/EWS candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates. This phase involves an online examination, an interview, and a final selection.
BOM Rajbhasha Marking Scheme
