• Implementing the official language policy of the Indian government will be the responsibility of a Rajbhosha Adhikari or an official language officer in a bank. The officer is in charge of ensuring that Hindi is used in Dank's daily operations.
• Translate the bank's formal paperwork into Hindi. The government communications, notices, and circulars must be translated into Hindi.
• Conduct recurring training sessions for bank officials. so that they are accustomed to it and use it as much as feasible in the bank's regular activities.
• Organizing programs and inspecting bank branches and offices to ensure they are using the official language. Hindi is used in bank products, advertising, and IT-related applications.
• To ensure that Hindi is used in other publication activities as well as the editing of Hindi home publications and Hindi sections of periodicals.
