How to Apply Online for Coal India MT Exam 2025 

The CIL MT notification 2025 gives a lot of hope to all the job aspirants who are preparing to get into Coal India Limited to secure their future. The CIL MT application process will commence soon. The process to fill in the Coal India Management Trainee recruitment application form has been mentioned below.

• Visit the official website of CIL website i.e. www.coalindia.in 
• After that, visit the Career with CIL >>>> Jobs at Coal India section. 
• While filling out the application form, keep the following documents ready. 
• Scanned copy of the recent passport size colour photograph (not older than 3 weeks in jpg/jpeg format).
• Scanned copy of signature with Black ink pen (in jpg/jpeg format).
• Scanned copies of the documents (in pdf format), as follows:
• Self-attested copy of Matriculation / Secondary Board level certificate in support of age.
• Final / Provisional Degree / Certificate for Graduation and Post-Graduation, as applicable.
• Apart from the other required documents, the candidates of the final year/semester/trimester in the academic year 2021-2022 will have to upload their latest year/semester/trimester marksheet / marks transcript of relevant minimum educational qualification.
• Candidates belonging to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / SC / ST will have to upload self-attested copy of valid certificate in the prescribed format.
• For PwD category, certificate in the prescribed format of Govt. of India duly issued by the competent authority, has to be uploaded.
• Scribe certificate, as applicable, in the prescribed format (may be downloaded during filling of the online application form) has to be uploaded.
• Candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) will have to upload self-attested copy of valid Income & Asset certificate issued by the competent authority 
• After you are finished entering the details, the preview of your form will be shown, so that if you find any error, you can edit and correct it. Once the application is submitted, you will not be able to edit it.
• In the end, you will have to choose a preferable online payment method to submit the application fee for CIL Legal MT exam. You can pay the fees through credit card/debit card / net banking etc.
• Click on the 'Submit' button to complete the application.

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to GENERAL/ OBC / EWS category are required to pay a fee of rupees 1180/- Whereas, SC / ST / PwD / ESM candidates / Employees of Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries are exempted from payment of the application fee. Please note that CIL MT 2025 application fee will be paid through online mode only. There will be no other mode for payment of the Coal India examapplication fee. Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted against any further recruitment activity under any circumstances.
