Coal India MT Legal and Finance Salary 2025
One of the reasons why Coal India jobs are preferred by many aspirants is its lucrative salary structure. Selected as a CIL MT in Legal stream you will come under E-2 Grade. Coal India MT in hand salary will be Rs 50,000 / month in the pay scale of Rs 50,000 – 1,60,000 at the initial stage. Once you complete your training period you will be regularized in E-3 Grade. In such case, your initial Coal India MT salary will be Rs 60,000 in the pay scale of Rs 60,000 – 1,80,000 / month. Service Bond
Selected as a Management Trainee in CIL Legal stream you need to serve the organization for a minimum period of 60 months/ 5 years from the joining date. You need to execute a service bond of Rs 3 Lakhs + GST at the time of joining
