ECGC PO notification for the 2024 recruitment cycle has been announced. For Probationary Officers in the Executive Officer cadre. Candidates who are shortlisted for the written examination will compete for a total of 40 Generalist vacancies, with reservations across various categories, including SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and Unreserved candidates. Additionally, there are provisions for candidates with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) under different categories. The online registration and fee payment will be open from September 14, 2024, to October 13, 2024, and the written examination is set to take place on November 16, 2024. As per the ECGC PO 2024 notification the Online Registration window for the ECGC PO 2024 exam will remain open from September 14,2024 until October 13,2024. ECGC PO Vacancy 2024 

The ECGC PO 2024 vacancies for 2024 have been released. According to the ECGC PO notification 2024, there are 40 vacancies for ECGC Probationary Officers. These vacancies are divided across different reserved and unreserved categories. For the year 2024, the number of vacancies have significantly increased from the previous year's number of vacancies, meaning that more candidates will have a strong chance of clearing the exam. How To Apply Online for ECGC PO 

Applying to the ECGC PO 2024 recruitment is an online process. Given below are some steps for filling in the ECGC PO application form.   

• Go to the official website and click on “Career with ECGC”
• Click on the “New Registration” link and fill in all the details asked like name, date of birth, email id and other details 
• A provisional registration id and password will be sent on your registered email id and phone number 
• Login again from the registration number and password and fill in other details as asked 
• Scan and upload the documents like photograph, signature, thumb impression and declaration along with the dimensions as mentioned below: 
• A coloured passport size photograph ranging between 20 KB to 50 KB with dimensions 200 x 230 pixels 
• A scanned signature on white paper with black ink ranging between 10 KB and 20 KB with dimensions 140 x 60 pixels. The signature should not be in capital letters. 
• The thumb impression should be on white paper in black or blue ink. The dimension should lie between 240 x 240 pixels and of size 20 KB – 50 KB.  
• The declaration, “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” should be in English only on white paper in black ink. The file dimension should be of 800 x 400 pixels and with size of 50 KB – 100 KB. 
• All the documents uploaded should be in .jpg / .jpeg format 
• Preview the ECGC PO application form before final submission because no change will be entertained at a later stage 
• Pay the application fee as per your category through online mode only 
• Take out the print of the receipt and application form for future reference 

ECGC PO Application Fee 

After the final submission of the ECGC PO 2024 application form, you will be required to pay the requisite application fee. An application form will be valid only if you have paid the ECGC PO application fee. The ECGC PO application fee varies for general and other categories. ECGC PO Admit Card 

The ECGC PO 2024 admit card for the ECGC PO online exam will be released on November 5, 2024 according to the ECGC PO notification 2024 and can be downloaded from the official website. You need to enter your registration number and password or roll number and date of birth and click on the download admit card link. The ECGC PO admit card 2024 has all the information related to the exam like exam centre, exam time and other details. No hard copy of the ECGC PO 2024 admit card will be sent by post. A printout of the admit card along with a valid ID card and its photocopy is required at the time of the ECGC PO exam 2024. The ECGC PO notification 2024 mentions that there will also be an ECGC PO admit card or call letter for candidates who have availed and are eligible for the Pre-Exam Training. This admit card will be released in the fourth week of October. The ECGC PO Pre-Exam Training admit card needs to be carried to the venue of the pre-exam training. The ECGC PO notification 2024 also mentions that candidates who bring a Scribe with them will also have download a separate ECGC PO admit card for their Scribe.

- Passport size photograph (to affix on admit card)- Take 4 to 5 photographs with you as a precautionary measure

- Bank Passbook with a photograph 

- Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead 

- Photo identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead 

- Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized college/ university / Employee ID/ Bar Council Identity card with photograph 

Note: The candidate's Ration card & learner's Driving License will not be considered as valid Identity proof. 

ECGC PO Pre-Exam Training 

ECGC will conduct Online Pre-Examination Training for eligible candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) who fulfill the eligibility criteria in respect of the post. The objective of this pre-examination training is to equip the candidates with the requisite skills for effective examination.

Candidates eligible for the training should indicate their interest in their ECGC PO online application form at the relevant place. However, conduct of such a training program will depend upon the number of candidates showing interest in the subject and administrative convenience. ECGC Limited reserves the right to withhold such a program, if necessary. Most likely the ECGC PO Online Pre-Examination Training will be conducted. It will be conducted from October 28, 2024 onwards. The ECGC PO Online Pre-Examination Training admit cards will be released from the fourth week of October.

Attendance in the Online Pre-Examination Training does not imply the selection to the post; it merely gives an opportunity for the candidate to improve his/her preparation. The candidate must remain proactive toward general preparation concerning the examination, availing of this valuable resource.
