- Scan and upload the documents like photograph, signature, thumb impression, and declaration along with the dimensions as mentioned below:
- A coloured passport size photograph ranging between 20 KB to 50 KB with dimensions 200 x 230 pixels.
- A scanned signature on white paper with black ink ranging between 10 KB and 20 KB with dimensions 140 x 60 pixels. The signature should not be in capital letters.
- The left thumb impression should be in black or blue ink on white paper. The dimensions should lie between 240 x 240 pixels and size 20 KB – 50 KB. The declaration, ‘I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.’ it should be in English only on white paper in black ink. The file dimension should be of 800 x 400 pixels and with a size of 50 KB – 100 KB.
