ESIC Vacancy 2023
The ESIC vacancy for 2024 is not yet announced. We will know the total number of ESIC 2024 vacancies once the notification is out. How to Apply Online for ESIC Recruitment 2024
ESIC UDC/MTS and Steno Recruitment 2024 will be released for various states. The Online registration will start immediately once the ESIC Official notification 2024 is out. It is very important to fill out the ESIC UDC, MTS and Steno application forms carefully. If you fill in any wrong information in the application form, your candidature will stand canceled. Given below are some steps that you can follow to fill out ESIC recruitment 2024 apply online.
- Visit the official website of ESIC i.e. https://www.esic.nic.in/.
- Click on the "APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF UDC/STENO./MTS IN ESIC " which will open a new screen.
- After that choose the tab "Click here for Registration” to register yourself and fill in the required details.
- A Registration ID and password will be generated by the system. Keep that for future use.
- Fill in all the required details asked in the ESIC Application Form. Please note that no correction can be done once you submit the application form.
- After that upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines
Guidelines for Uploading the Photograph
- The photograph dimensions must be 4.5 cm * 3.5 cm.
- The photograph must be clear and of passport size.
- The size of the photograph must be between 20KB - 50 KB.
Guidelines for Uploading the Signature
- The signature of the applicant must be clear and legible.
- The signature should only be done with either blue or black ink.
- The size should be between 10KB-20 KB.
Left thumb impression:
- The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
- The handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not by any other person.
- File type: jpg/jpeg
Dimensions:
- 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
- File Size: 20 KB – 50 KB
Hand-written declaration:
- The handwritten declaration should not be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- You have to write the declaration in English clearly on white paper with black or blue ink.
- The handwritten declaration should be in your own handwriting.
- File type: jpg/jpeg
- Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
- File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB

ESIC Application Fee
ESIC UDC and Steno online application process remain incomplete unless you pay the ESIC UDC, MTS and Steno application fees. The online application fee for the ESIC UDC, MTS and Stenographer exams is provided in the table below.

ESIC Admit Card 2024
Admit cards for ESIC UDC, MTS and Stenographers can be downloaded from the official website. ESIC has released the ESIC Stenographer and ESIC UDC Admit cards. For ESIC Stenographer you need to download the admit card once but for ESIC UDC and ESIC MTS, you need to download a separate admit card for Prelims and Mains. ESIC UDC mains admit card has been released by ESIC. You can download your ESIC UDC 2024 admit card through your roll number and password. ESIC UDC/MTS and Steno admit card contains all the details regarding the examination venue, exam date and timing, candidature name and a space for affixing passport-size photos.
