HPSCB Recruitment Notification

HP State Cooperative Bank Ltd, a leading Cooperative Bank in the country has invited applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Junior Clerk and Steno/Steno-Typist through the recently released notification. Interested candidates can apply to the HPSCB recruitment notification by visiting the official website https://hpscb.com. You can apply to the exam through the website between June 05, 2021, and July 02, 2021. The HP State Cooperative Bank recruitment process will be conducted in two phases: Prelims and Mains. The Prelims will be conducted in August 2021 (Proposed).

How to Apply Online

• Visit HPSCB Bank’s website and click on the option "Apply Online".
• Click on the tab "Click here for New Registration"
• A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password for future reference.
• In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he/she can save the data already entered by choosing the "Save and Next" tab before submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.
• You will have to upload your scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration, according to the guidelines specified by IBPS.
• You can verify your details by clicking on the “Save & Next” button.
• After uploading all the documents, you will be directed to the next part of the application where you will have to enter all the important and complete details related to your educational and professional background.
• Please note that the name of the candidate or his/her father/husband and the Date of Birth shall be indicated in the application form as it appears in the 10th/ 12th class mark sheet/certificate as well as on the valid Identity Card. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
• The final step in the application will be the payment of the application fee.
• Choose one of the suitable online payment methods and submit the application fee.
• Click on “FINAL SUBMIT

Application Fee

Your application for HP State Cooperative Bank 2024 will not be considered complete until you pay the fees. You can pay the fees online only. The fee details according to the various categories (General/Women/SC/ST) are as follows.

Admit Card

The Online written examination for HP State Cooperative Bank is proposed in August 2021 (The exact date will be informed in due course). The admit card for the same will be released around 15 days before the conduct of the exam. All details related to the centre of examination, venue address, date, and time for the exam shall be intimated in the HP State Cooperative Bank ‘admission call letter’. To download your call letter, you are required to visit the authorized website and by entering your details i.e. Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth. Please note that no hard copy of the HP State Cooperative Bank 2024 call letter/ Information Handout etc. will be sent by post. You must bring the HPSCB call letter printout along with a photo identity proof in original and xerox.
