Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has recently released a recruitment notification on June 15, 2021 for the post of Sub Inspector - Group C under the police department. The HSSC Sub Inspector recruitment is among much-awaited notifications for the aspirants who wish to serve in the police department and contribute to the law and order of the country. The online application process for the HSSC exam will commence from June 19, 2021 and will go on till July 02, 2021. The candidates who are interested can apply online on the official website of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

A total of 465 vacancies have been announced by HSSC and thus is a great opportunity amidst this pandemic situation. 400 vacancies have been announced for the Male candidates and the remaining 65 vacancies are for female candidates.
The HSSC recruitment exam 2024 is expected to be held on Aug 01, 2021.
The HSSC Sub Inspector exam will be conducted in three main phases:
- Knowledge Test
- Physical Screening Test
- Physical Measurement Test
The ‘Knowledge Test’ will be OMR based and will carry 80 marks which will assess candidates’ knowledge on various subjects such as: General studies, General Science, Current affairs, General Reasoning, Mental Aptitude, Numerical Ability, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, other relevant fields/trades etc. Basic computer knowledge will also be assessed in the exam. After the candidates have cleared this phase, they will be called for the next phase of Physical Screening Test which will be qualifying in nature and those who qualify this phase will further be called for the last phase of Physical Measurement Test.
All the interested candidates are advised to go through the complete notification and make sure that they do not miss any piece of important information.
Note: Candidates, who have obtained degrees or diplomas or certificates for various courses from any Board/Institution that has been declared fake by the UGC or not recognized by Haryana Government shall not be eligible for being considered for the HSSC SI recruitment.
