The IBPS RRB Scale 2 Notification 2025 was released on 31st August 2025 under the CRP RRBs XIV recruitment. This process will fill posts for Officer Scale I, Officer Scale II, Officer Scale III, and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks.
The online application dates are from 1st September to 21st September 2025. All candidates should complete their registration within this time and avoid waiting until the last day.
The IBPS RRB Scale 2 exam is meant for candidates with a bachelor’s degree (minimum 50% marks) along with relevant work experience. For the General Banking Officer role, two years of experience as a bank officer is required.
For specialist posts like IT Officer, Law Officer, Chartered Accountant, Treasury Manager, Marketing Officer, and Agriculture Officer, candidates must have the needed degree and at least 1–2 years’ experience in the field.
The IBPS RRB Scale 2 selection process has one single online exam, followed by an interview. The exam is scheduled between December 2025 and February 2026, and interviews will be held in January–February 2026. Final allotment of posts will happen in February–March 2026.

- Upload your scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration according to the guidelines specified by IBPS as mentioned below
Guidelines to Upload Photograph
- The image should be 4.5 x 3.5 cm
- Should be a recent passport-size colour picture
- Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels
- File size: 20 KB-50 KB
Guidelines to Upload Signature
- The signature should be on white paper with a black ink pen
- A signature in capital letters will not be accepted
- Dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels
- File size: 10 KB-20KB
Guidelines to upload ‘Left Thumb Impression
- The thumb impression should be made on white paper with blue or black ink
- File type: jpg/jpeg
- Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI
- File size: 20 KB - 50 KB
Guidelines to Upload Handwritten Declaration
- The declaration should be written clearly on white paper with black ink
- File type: jpeg/jpg
- Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI
- File size: 50 KB-100KB
- Signature & Handwritten Declaration should not be in capital letters
- You are advised to verify your details by clicking on the “Save & Next” button
- The final step in the application will be the payment of the application fee
- Choose one of the online payment methods given and submit the application fee
- Click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”. Please remember that once you hit this button, you cannot undo any changes to your application form
- Take out the print of the application form and fee receipt for future use
IBPS RRB Scale 2 Application Fee
When applying for the IBPS RRB Scale 2 exam 2025, every candidate must pay an application fee. The payment can only be made online. You can use debit card, credit card, internet banking, IMPS, or other online methods accepted by IBPS.
The application fee is different for each category. For candidates from SC, ST, and PwBD categories, the fee is Rs. 175 (including GST). For candidates from all other categories, the fee is Rs. 850 (including GST).
These fees must be paid within the application dates, which are from 1st September to 21st September 2025. Without payment, the application form will not be accepted.

IBPS RRB Admit Card 2025
The IBPS RRB Scale 2 Admit Card 2025 will be released before the exam date on the official IBPS website. Candidates must download their admit card online using their registration details. The admit card will show the exam date, reporting time, exam center address, roll number, and important instructions.
Every candidate has to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the exam center. Without these documents, candidates will not be allowed to take the exam. It is advised to keep an extra copy of the admit card safe until the whole recruitment process is over.
