ICAR IARI Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2024 - Age Limit, Qualification

Eligibility Criteria

An aspirant should meet various ICAR Assistant eligibility criteria with respect to education qualification, age nationality, no. of attempts permissible etc. A candidate applying for ICAR Assistant 2024 should lie in an age group of 20 to 30 years as of June 01, 2024, and should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline as an ICAR Assistant educational qualification. Besides this, a candidate belonging to the reserved category will be provided with some ICAR Assistant age relaxation as per government guidelines. Educational Qualification

In order to apply for the ICAR Assistant exam 2024, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. You have to indicate the percentage of marks obtained (in the relevant column of the application form. If the percentage of marks is not awarded by the University but only CGPA/OGPA is awarded, the same shall be converted into a percentage in terms of conversion norms of the university in this regard. For candidates serving in ICAR or any other government organization.

Candidates serving in the Indian Council of Agricultural Research or any other government service must inform in writing their Head of Office/Department that they have applied for this examination. They must bring a No Objection Certificate from their current employer at the time of document verification.

Age Limit

You have to be an ICAR Assistant age limit of 20 to 30 years in order to apply for the ICAR Assistant examination. The age limit will be counted as on June 01,2024 i.e closing date of the application. Candidates serving as regular employees in the ICAR can fill the form till they attain a maximum age limit of 45 years (as on June 01,2024). As per government guidelines, ICAR has also prescribed upper age limit fr candidates belonging to reserved candidates and are serving ICAR.
