IRDAI Assistant Manager Salary
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is a statutory body formed under the IRDA Act of 1999. Its mission is to protect the interests of policyholders and to regulate and develop the insurance industry. When the new IRDAI AM Notification crop up, aspirants will scramble to apply for the job since it provides them a lot of benefits. As a government job, IRDAI pays its employees a handsome amount besides providing benefits and allowances. Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of Rs.44,500/- per month. Furthermore, the candidates employed elsewhere and joining IRDAI will be fixed at the minimum of basic pay in the scale of pay applicable to the post. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments for Assistant Manager is approximately Rs.1,30,000/- (excluding qualification allowance, wherever applicable). Upon selection, the candidates will be on probation for a period of one year, which may be extended up to a maximum of 2 years. Candidates selected through the IRDAI AM Exam will be governed by the defined contribution New Pension Scheme (NPS).

IRDAI Perks and Allowances
- Dearness Allowance: The IRDAI AM salary also includes the dearness allowances that provides more comforts to the employees.
- House Rent Allowance: Like the DA, the HRA is also an additional benefit offered to the employees besides the IRDAI AM salary.
