• Left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink of dimension 240 x 240 pixels and file size ranging between 20 to 50 KB 
• A handwritten declaration on white paper with black ink of 800 x 400 pixels with a file range between 50 to 100 KB. The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows – “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” 
• All the above documents should be in jpg/jpeg format. The signature should not be in capital letters 
• Before pressing the “SUBMIT” button, you must verify every field filled in the application. After the final submission, no modification can be made 
• Pay the application fee via ONLINE MODE 
• The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen. 
• You can take a printout of the e-Receipt and online application form for future use 

LIC HFL Junior Assistant Application Fee  

The 2024 LIC HFL Junior Assistant Notification clearly mentions that your application form will not be considered complete unless you pay your LIC HFL Junior Assistant exam application fee.
