The LIC HFL Junior Assistant Online Exam is the first step in the recruitment process for the post of Junior Assistant in LIC HFL. The LIC HFL Junior Assistant online exam is an objective type exam. It consists of 200 questions and carries a total of 200 marks. It is divided into 5 sections with equal weightage and number of questions. The sections in the LIC HFL Junior Assistant online exam are: English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness (With special emphasis on Housing Finance Industry), Numerical Ability, and Computer Skill. The exam duration will be of 120 minutes or two hours to be exact.

Those who rank lower may not be invited to the interview stage. LIC HFL Junior Assistant Final Selection Procedure
The final merit list and candidate selection will be determined based on a combination of scores from the LIC HFL Junior Assistant Online Examination and the Interview. Candidates will be selected strictly in accordance with their merit rankings, provided they achieve the minimum qualifying marks in the Interview. LIC HFL retains the right to modify the selection procedure if deemed necessary.
Once selected, candidates must undergo a Medical Examination conducted by a Medical Examiner authorized by LIC HFL. Appointment to the Junior Assistant position will be contingent upon the candidate being deemed medically fit by this authorized examiner.
