The NPS Trust Grade B exam takes place in 3 stages-

  • Phase 1- (On-Line Screening Examination)

  • Phase 3- (Interview)

NPS Trust Officer (Grade B) Phase 1 (Paper 1) Exam Pattern 2024

You must acquaint yourself with the NPS Grade B exam pattern before you move ahead with your NPS Grade B 2024 exam preparation, to plan well. NPS Trust Officer (Grade B) Phase 1 exam pattern consists of an online screening exam applicable to all streams (General and Specialist). Phase 1 Paper 1 consists of mainly four sections (earlier five) such as General Awareness (including some questions related to the Financial Sector of easy to moderate difficulty level), English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. The maximum marks allotted to this paper is 100 and a composite time of 60 minutes is provided. The recent NPS Trust Officer Grade B exam pattern for Phase 1 is given below.

Note: You need to secure separate cut-offs in each test as well as aggregate cut-off marks in Phase 1 exam (as decided by NPS Trust) to be shortlisted for Phase 2. Marks obtained in Phase 1 will not be taken into account while preparing the final merit for NPS Trust Grade B Officer result.

The examination syllabus for NPS Trust Officer for Grade B mainly consists of four sections i.e. General Awareness (including some questions related to Financial Sector of easy to moderate difficulty level), English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. NPS Trust Officer (Grade B) Phase 2 (Paper 1 and Paper 2) Exam Pattern 2024

NPS Trust Online examination of Phase 2 consists of two papers of 100 marks each. NPS Trust Grade B Officer Phase 2 Paper 1 will be an English Descriptive test and common for all while Paper 2 will be different for each stream. Paper 1 and Paper 2 have different time limits. NPS Trust Officer (Grade B) Interview

The final stage of the NPS Trust Officer Grade B selection procedure is the Personal Interview. NPS Trust Officer Grade B interview 2024 will be conducted after the release of Phase 2 results. You will be called for the Personal Interview if you are able to pass the cutoff of the NPS Trust Officer Grade B Phase 2 exam. You can opt for either Hindi or English as the mode of communication in the interview. For complete information on the weightage of marks please check the table below.

There will be a negative marking for every wrong answer that you attempt in the NPS Trust Grade B Officer exam 2024. 1/4th of marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty for every wrong answer that you mark.
