    The National Recruitment Agency will invite applications from the eligible and interested candidates to apply to the NRA CET exam which will be replacing various other Phase 1 exams that are held by SSC, IBPS & RRB. The complete information will be available in the official notification which will be released soon. 

    NRA will be conducting separate tests for each of the levels of CET. The level of the exam will vary depending on the job being applied for. The NRA CET exam pattern will be different for three different levels:

    • 10th level
    • 12th level
    • Graduate level

    As per the latest information, the NRA CET 2024 will be a single-level online objective test containing multiple choice questions which will be similar to the SSC, Bank & RRB- Tier 1 exams. The questions can be expected from the usual sections that appear in most of the government exams including SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC CPO, IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, IBPS RRB PO, Railways, etc. The expected sections are English Language, Reasoning Ability, General Awareness & Quantitative Aptitude. The number of questions and total marks will be confirmed once the official notification is released. The level of difficulty will vary depending on the CET exam level.     Marking Scheme

    As the NRA CET exam will replace the Tier 1 or Phase 1 of the SSC,IBPS & Railway exams, the exam pattern is also expected to be similar to these exams depending on the respective level. The questions are expected to carry 1 mark each and a penalty of 0.25 marks can also be expected for each incorrect answer.

    Exam Language

    The most important aspect of any exam is the availability and reach to most of the applicants willing to apply for the various government job opportunities. The best part about the NRA CET exam is that it will be conducted in 12 languages including English and Hindi. 

    The National Recruitment Agency plans to increase the number of languages in future.
