The national level ‘Common Eligibility Test’ to be conducted by the National Recruitment Agency has been initiated to make the recruitment process easier and more convenient for the aspiring candidates as well as for the recruitment agencies.
As the NRA CET exam will be covering a good number of job positions therefore expectedly a large number of candidates will be applying for the same. The CET exam will be conducted in three levels, i.e. 10th level, 12th level, and Graduate level. Let us have an overview of the salary that is paid in these respective levels apart from the added perks and benefits that one receives in a government job.
10th Level
The jobs that will come under this category of 10th level CET are SSC & Railway jobs. The salary for SSC jobs will range somewhere between Rs 16000- Rs 69100. For those willing to apply to the Railway jobs which cover RRB Grp D jobs, the salary range will start somewhere at Rs 18000/-.
12th Level
Candidates who must have passed their 12th standard and will be willing to apply to the 12th level CET exam will be eligible for various SSC jobs such as SSC CHSL, SSC MTS, SSC CPO, Stenographer, RRB Grp D & RRB NTPC. The salary for these posts will vary depending on the post that you are interested in. The salary will range between Rs, 11,765 - Rs, 1,12400.
Graduate Level
Attaining a Graduate degree surely opens up a wide range of job options for aspirants. Candidates who possess an Undergraduate degree and are willing to apply to the Graduate level CET exam, will be eligible for various SSC, Railway & Banking jobs such as SSC CGL, IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, RRB JE, RRB NTPC among others. The salary for these jobs will vary depending on the post that you are interested in. The salary will range somewhere between Rs, 22,121- Rs, 57,285.
