The State Bank of Sikkim (SBS) has invited applications from candidates of Sikkamese origin for the position of Assistant Manager. Such candidates also need to possess a Sikkim subject certificate / Certificate of Identification to be fully eligible for the post. The written exam will comprise of 200 questions which will carry 200 marks. There will be a penalty for every wrong answer. State Bank Of Sikkim or SBS has invited applications for Assistant Manager from eligible Indian Citizens of Sikkimese origin. Exam Pattern
The official notification of State Bank of Sikkim contains all details regarding the examination process, the final dates of which are yet to be announced. The tentative scheme of examination indicates a two tier selection process. The SBS Assistant Manager exam will be held in two phases:

Salary
The candidates who get selected as an Assistant Manager in the State Bank of Sikkim will be enjoying a full-fledged government job with all the benefits. The initial period of 1 year will be counted as a probation period for all the candidates. Only after successful completion of this probation period, the candidates will be confirmed in their respective positions.
- The starting salary of an Assistant Manager in the State Bank of Sikkim will be Rs 39,100/- - (Cell 1 Level 14 of the Pay Matrix).
- During the initial years of service, an SBS Assistant Manager salary will be Rs.57,367/-.
- Candidates on probation will receive a combined total allowance as per the guidelines of the Sikkim government.
