    1- ‘near’ should be changed to ‘nearly’. 2- hit out ‘at’ is incorrect. 5- ‘dare’ should be changed to ‘daring’. In his nearly one-hour long address, Mr. Rao hit out at the government for its failure and shot nine questions at the leadership, daring it to answer them.
