    The correct sequence of the sentence is Q-S-R-P. Therefore, option (c) is the correct answer. The sentence can not start with P it does not make any sense as ‘advent’ means the arrival of a notable person or thing. So, the sentence should start with Q as it tells about the advent of satellite television. Hence, according to the sentence the correct sequence after rearrangement is SQRP which is given in option (c).
