A Only I Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
B Only II Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C Only III Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D Both I & II Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E None of these Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

"Head and shoulders above" is correctly used to describe something being superior in quality and design. In the 1st sentence, there is a comparison between the new model and other competitors. Thus, the idiom fits perfectly here. The phrase does not fit in 2nd sentence it should be used to describe a comparison of things, not as a standalone description. In the 3rd sentence also, the idiom needs to compare two things but "head and shoulders above" is used incorrectly as a standalone phrase.
