    Solution

The correct pairs are AF, BE, and CD. AF: BEING ON AUTOPILOT MODE means doing things without thinking about why you are doing them. TO BE TRUE TO ONESELF means to behave according to one's values and beliefs. A tells us that there are a lot of people who spend their whole lives doing activities without thinking about them, and these people are not behaving in a certain way. F says that they are not behaving according to their own beliefs and values; instead, they let their ego govern their lives. TO in A is a preposition, therefore, it requires a noun or pronoun to function as its object. THEMSELVES (pronoun) in F correctly fits here. "Many people spend their whole life on autopilot mode, not being true to themselves but being controlled by their ego." BE: B tells us that when a person has high standards, he feels like a failure. E tells us that he feels like a failure in everything, while also stating that if he keeps his ideals low, he feels proud of everything. In B, the pronoun EVERYTHING given in E can form the object of the preposition IN in B. "When a person's ideals are too high, he often feels a failure in everything and if it's very low, he feels proud of everything." CD: C talks about certain people who find ways to search for happiness. D continues talking about those people by telling us that they search for happiness within themselves rather than in this world. The noun phrase THIS WORLD given in D forms the object of the preposition FROM in C. "Some people who discover ways to search for happiness-not from this world but from within themselves reach a level called enlightenment." Thus, C is the right answer.
