    FIRST SENTENCE (A) – It throws light on the actual subject we are talking about in the passage. An apt way to start a passage or story. SECOND SENTENCE (C) – It further adds on to the subject, i.e. Bhagirathi project, and gives some more information about it. THIRD SENTENCE (B) – This is in continuation with the main topic and throws some light on the past policies announced that were related to the present one and how this policy scraps the one announced in the past. FOURTH SENTENCE (E) – This again talks about the policy mentioned in the previous sentence and how it wasn’t liked by all the parties. FIFTH SENTENCE (F) – This one again goes back to the main discussion of BESZ and how it has raised questions on the correct things to be done in it. SIXTH SENTENCE (D) – This statement tells us that why those questions have been raised.
