    S1 begins about stating that how German revolution was never a revolution. P then actually sates that the revolution was only a breakdown. Q then gives a factor that made the revolution appeared to be a revolution and the paragraph then ends with S4 where it is stated that 1918 war can not be compared with the war of 1945.
