    Sentence B-The correct sentence is-‘ advised people to avoid crowds’ as ‘to be avoided’ is grammatically incorrect. Sentence D- The subject ’10 cities in Central province’ is plural, so, according to rules, ‘have suspended’ should be used instead of ‘has suspended’. The correct sentence is-"Chinese authorities have advised people to avoid crowds and 10 cities in the central province of Hubei, where Wuhan is located, have suspended some transport."
