B C Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
C No error Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
D A Correct Answer Incorrect Answer
E B Correct Answer Incorrect Answer

    Solution

According to the rule in grammar, whenever we use 'one-third/ two-third of' + noun', we use the verb according to the noun, because it acts as a quantifier, thus, the verb should be used according to the noun which is qualified. 'Passengers' is the plural noun.
