NPCI Bharat BillPay, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), has launch services under the Business-to-Business (B2B) category in partnership with Axis Bank. Services will include flexible invoice presentation, complaint management and MIS (management information system), among others. The platform will offer multiple payment modes like UPI, net banking, cards, wallet, IMPS, cash, etc along with multiple payment channels like Mobile app, Website, Agent, Branch, etc, adding that it will also allow partial payments in order to cater cash flow needs of the B2B segment.
