Power of Central Government   ·                     To make rules with respect to the composition and the manner of constitution of the Selection Committee, salaries, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of Members; other functions to be performed by the Authority; form in which accounts are to be maintained and annual statements, returns to be published etc ·                     To modify provisions of other enactments in relation to International Financial Services Centres ·                     To remove difficulties by passing orders . Such order cannot be passed after the expiry of 5 years from the commencement of this Act
