The 11th edition of the TomTom Traffic Index’s is released. Covering 404 cities across 58 countries on 6 continents, our Traffic Index ranks urban congestion worldwide and provides free access to city-by-city information. The TomTom index provides real-time traffic management and historical traffic congestion data to help countries plan their infrastructure projects and initiate more public transport schemes. Top Ranked cities : Istanbul topped the list. Moscow was second while Kyiv was third. Indian Cities : Four cities from India featured in the index’s global top 25 list – with Mumbai at the fifth position, Bengaluru at the 10th position, New Delhi at the 11th position and Pune at the 21st position.
