New Zealand's professional men's and women's cricketers will be paid the same amount of pay in a ground- breaking new five- year deal. This would include all players playing in top- tier domestic matches. The five- year deal will see the domestic women's players receive the same match fees as men across all formats including ODIs, T20Is, Ford Trophy and Dream11 Super Smash level.
