Startup20 Shikhar Summit concluded successfully in Gurugram under the India G20 Presidency. Dr. Chintan Vaishnav handed over the torch to Brazil, which will continue the Startup20 initiative in 2024 during its G20 presidency. Saudi Arabia, represented by HRH Prince Fahad Bin Mansoor, pledged to allocate $1 trillion per annum into the startup ecosystem by 2030. The Policy Communiqué outlines key action points, including creating a definition framework for startups, supporting startups and ecosystem stakeholders, increasing access to capital, easing market regulations, and promoting inclusivity. The summit provided a platform for collaboration among ecosystem builders, experts, governments, and thought leaders to shape the global startup trajectory. The event showcased national and international startups and included cultural showcases and performances.
