    Solution

As a Parliamentary Act on the provisions with the same limits The president can issue an ordinance under Article 123 of the constitution. The president issues ordinance when one of the Houses of Parliament is not in session. The maximum validity or duration of an ordinance is 6 months and 6 weeks. Ordinances promulgated by the president must be approved by Parliament within six weeks of reassembling or else they shall cease to operate.  An Ordinance issued under Article 123 shall have the same force and effect as an Act of Parliament. President's Ordinance can be issued as a Parliamentary Act on the provisions with the same limits.
