This irked the poligars who considered themselves as sovereign and independent within their respective territories. Between 1795-1799, a revolt was led by a poligar of Panjalankurichi - Kattabomman Nayakan. ● Option B is incorrect: Kutch rebellion-The British interfered in the internal feuds of the Kutch and, in 1819, Raja Bharmal II raised Arab and African troops with a resolve to overthrow the British from his territory. He had the support from all the chieftains.
