He arranged the heads of 84 villages (known as chaurasi desh), marching at night from village to village, urging people to rebel against the British hegemony. ● Pair 2 is correct: At Bareilly, Khan Bahadur, a successor of the former ruler of RohilkhandHafiz Rahmat Khan, was placed in command.
