    ● Statement 1 is incorrect: Dadabhai Naoroji was the founder of The East India Association in London in the year 1866. The Association gave information on all Indian subjects to British citizens and members of Parliament. It also expressed the grievance of Indians and gave some remedial measures. The purpose of the association was to put Indian viewpoints across to the British public. ● Statement 2 is incorrect: In 1869, this organization opened branches in Bombay, Kolkata and Madras. It became defunct in the 1880s but for whatever years it was an active body, it had the largest number of Indian members from all over the sub-continent. ● Statement 3 is correct: The Indian league was established by Sisir Kumar Ghose in 1875. The main aim of the India league was to instill the feeling of Nationalism amongst the people of India and encouraging political education.
