Dudhwa National Park or the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve is in the areas of Lakhimpur Kheri district of Uttar Pradesh. It is spread in the area of 1284.3km2. Established in the year 1987. It shares the north-eastern boundary with Nepal, which is defined to a large extent by the Mohana River . Dudhwa Tiger Reserve comprises the three protected areas of Kishanpur Wildlife Sanctuary, Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary and Dudhwa National Park.
