    The Taleshwar copper plates reveal the Paurava dynasty and the capital Brahmapur. In 1915, two rare 6th-century copper plates were found in the Taleshwar temple council near Deghat in Almora, known as Taleshwar copper. One of these copper plates was found in the Brahmapur state of King Dhrutivarman and the second copper plate was made by King Vishnuvarman. This copper plate is written in Brahmi script
