    Saudi Arabia will begin issuing tourist visas in the first quarter of 2018.Till now visas are issues for Haj pilgrims, resident workers and businessmen. This is one in a series of moves to open up the conservative kingdom and diversify its source of revenue reducing excessive dependence on oil income. Among other measures it has lifted ban on movie theatres and allowed women to have driving license.
