There are two types of vitamins present in our body. Water soluble vitamins and fat soluble vitamins. Examples of water soluble vitamins include vitamin A, D and K. Examples of fat soluble vitamins include Vitamin B12 and vitamin C The fat soluble vitamins are soluble in lipids. These vitamins are usually absorbed in fat globules (called chylomicrons) that travel through the lymphatic system of the small intestines and into the general blood circulation within the body. These fat soluble vitamins, especially vitamins A and E, are then stored in body tissues. Hence, option A is correct.
