The landmark judgment in Navtej Singh Johar & Ors.
V. Union of India related toSolution
The Supreme Court’s five-judge Constitution Bench overruled Section 377 of the IPC in a landmark decision in Navtej Singh Johar & Ors. V. Union of India. In India, the amendment made homosexuality illegal and classified it as an immoral offense.
