    ATQ, Let's denote the ages of the three ladies as 4x,6x and 8x, where (x) is positive constant Then, the average age is given by the sum of ages divided by the number of people, 30 = (4x+6x+8x)/3 On solving for 'x',  we get x= 5, Therefore age of the youngest lady is 4x = 4×5 = 20 yrs.
